who is responsible for your information
zed jay, trading as hwdn is the data controller for hwdn.
business and service address: 461 spark lane, bh4 9hs, united kingdom.
contact: contact@hwdnctre.com.
information hwdn collects
if you enter the register or request first access, hwdn collects your email address and the permission or request you gave. each purpose remains pending until you confirm it by email. for first access, hwdn also records the piece and shade you selected.
hwdn may record limited acquisition information supplied with that action, such as the landing page, campaign tags and referring hostname. hwdn does not need your name, date of birth or phone number for the pre-release register.
why hwdn uses it
after you confirm, register email is used on the basis of your consent to send hwdn release and collection emails. a product-specific first-access request is used to send the particular information you asked for after you confirm that purpose. you can withdraw either permission independently.
limited acquisition and service-security information is used where necessary for hwdn’s legitimate interests in understanding how the site is reached, improving it, preventing abuse and keeping reliable records. those interests are balanced against keeping the data minimal.
email and withdrawal
hwdn keeps a record of when and how email permission was granted or withdrawn. every marketing email provides a way to unsubscribe. withdrawing from general hwdn emails does not erase a separate product request unless you withdraw that request too.
browser storage and analytics
the register and first-access forms do not store your email address or consent status in browser storage.
hwdn does not use behavioural advertising or cross-site profiling in this release. any statistical analytics enabled for the site must be limited to aggregate service-improvement purposes and disclosed in privacy choices.
service providers
- vercel: website hosting and delivery.
where a provider processes personal information outside the uk, hwdn will use an applicable uk-approved transfer mechanism or other lawful safeguard and will describe the active arrangement before public processing begins.
how long information is kept
register records are kept while you remain subscribed and are reviewed when they are no longer needed. product-specific first-access records are reviewed after the relevant release has completed. minimal consent and suppression evidence may be retained where needed to demonstrate your choice and prevent unwanted contact. individual-level acquisition information is not kept longer than needed for attribution and is then aggregated or removed.
your rights
depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to use of your personal information, to receive certain information in a portable form, and to withdraw consent at any time. withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
you can also complain to the uk information commissioner’s office if you believe your information has been handled unlawfully.
